Purchase and Development of City of Akron owned property at 110 Goodyear Boulevard. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Copley Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 4, 2017 to discuss a proposed map amendment. The applicant is Rohit Prakash, and the landowner is Shivya and Vyom Prakash. The subject property is located at parcel 15-05903 (Copley Rd.). The property is currently zoned Open Space Conservation (O-C) and the applicant and landowners are requesting to rezone to Residential - Medium Density (R-MD). The public hearing begins at 6:00 p.m. followed by the regular Zoning Commission meeting. The public hearing will be held at Copley Town Hall, 1540 S. Cleve-Mass Rd. and is open to the public. All comments received in writing will be read into the record.
